Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
I played a game as Saints vs the Jets, and I noticed that at least one wide receiver (I don't remember his name) is way too slow.

Re: Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
They still have Devery Henderson who is upper 90's speed. Marquis Colston is slow but a great route runner and has excellent hands. They have a great young TE. I think they're set at receiver IMO.Because I live in van down by the river... -
Re: Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
Nope they have everything you need out of a WR corp. A possession WR in Colston, a dominant TE in Jimmy Graham, Devery Henderson is still really fast in madden, Robert Meachem is a solid WR with some decent speed, and a small elusive sure handed slot WR guy in Lance Moore.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Re: Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
The Saints have fantastic receivers. But I tend to throw them away in my Franchise. I let go of Courtney and Adrian after the first season and draft rookies. Adrian is way too slow and Courtney isn't a consistent #4 - #5 receiver when I use those for long passes. I keep Lance, Robert, and Marques until they retire. I keep Devery until his speed drops below 90(age).
As long as a receiver has 90+ speed and 80+ Spec. Catch, I don't care what their Ovr rating is.Comment

Re: Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
i tend to pick up T.O in year one just because hes still pretty good in the game and with the saints he works well as a second big strong reciever to go up for the jump balls or on slant routes, but in general the Saints are pretty fantastic on offense (just keep Sproles, he has games where he is nearly impossible to get down)Comment

Re: Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
I haven't done a Saints franchise but in my recent 32 team control I drafted Alshon Jeffrey and he's a beast for them paired with Colston. I think they start out better then most teams, but they need a young talent if you're using them in franchise mode.Comment

Re: Do you think that Saints need wide receivers?
Their recievers are pretty good as is.
I would recommend (for any team) picking up either DeAndre Brown 6'5 230 lb reciever out of southern miss (rookie) or Ramses barden 6'6 230 lb reciever
Both have jump ratings in the 90s as well...both big bodies...good in a lot of situations.*AKA NFC3PO on the Madden Modding Discord*Comment
