Re: Realistic Rosters/Sliders/Coaching Tendencies *Complete Overhaul*

    Here are my roster projects.

Completely re-edited all ratings (including hidden ratings).
    Completely re-edited all tendencies
Verified through testing the integrity of sim-stats and gameplay. (Except FG% as the Inside Rating and Blocks as they are incorrect by code.)
All Rookies created (with correct cyberface and no black arms) and given ratings/tendencies I expected at beginning of season including edited Hot Zones.
All Coaching Profiles tweaked to a 25-50-75-100 scale.
All playbooks have been edited which dramatically improves gameplay experience/diversity.
All freelance tendencies and assigned plays updated to reflect mysynergysports.com data.
    All player movement is complete.
    Most player numbers are correct.
All rotation minutes have been set.
Settings and sliders have been tweaked for CPU vs. CPU and Hum Vs. CPU games
Players/Cyberfaces Added - Greg Stiemsma, Gustavo Ayon, Ivan Johnson, Jeremy Pargo, Terrel Harris, Jeff Pendergraph, Jerome Jordan, Donald Sloan, Carldell Johnson, Cory Higgins, Mike James, Julyan Stone, Ryan Reid and Chris Wright (With cyberfaces. Must download and place cyberfaces and shoes in the main 2k folder for the cosmetic changes to work.)
***Newest Update***Player Signatures updated with Rose1's edits, work implemented done by moe_42

****MAJOR PROPS to the people who designed the cyberfaces. I didn't keep track of them as I downloaded them. I apologize for that. They do some stuff I couldn't even dream of.****

Poster FFPP made some hex edits to accessories on the Trail Blazers. I have sent him a copy of the newest roster file in hopes that he will redo those edits for this file as there have been a lot of updates and the old file was buggy.

These are the scales I used in my roster file and brief explanations of how to determine what ratings and tendencies players should get. If you have any questions, let me know. Ratings, tendencies and how to edit rookies/draft classes are in the document now.

EDIT: A brief explanation of how to edit rookies/draft classes has been added to the bottom of the document.

Here is the ratings/tendency guide (It was missing the Take Shot Tendency before. It has been added):https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...Ps4LNx_IE/edit

Here is a simplified excel document with the objective ratings/tendencies (click the ratings tab at the bottom of the page):https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...2ZBUW1ud2owYXc

You're missing a settings file.. instead there are two slider files? My sliders, and Best CPU Pro Sliders.. Which slider files do we use? Can we get settings?

My bad. I'll upload them when I get home from church. Sorry about that.

My sliders are for Hum vs. CPU
Best CPU Pro sliders are for CPU vs. CPU

These sound cool. I'll check em out when they're closer to done. If you need a break from workin on these though, check out my legends roster and see if there's anything you would change team roster wise. Extra fas left and some teams only have 12 instead of a full 15.

I didnt touch ratings or tendencies on mine, only position and sometimes play style, but it plays pretty well. I'd like to use your roster(with your permission) to redo the legend process(once you're done). It'll take me some time to do again but I think it'll be worth it. I can fix a few mistakes I should have never made in the first place(minor things really).

Use away, bro. I've got 5 or 6 teams left to do, then I'm going to work on FA's. After REDITOR comes out, I'm going to do the rookies. I'm hoping it's like last year and all I'll have to do is change the player type from hidden to available and I won't have to mess with cyberfaces or any of that stuff, just ratings and tendencies.

I'm also messing with Phoenix's tendencies to get them to play the 7 second offense and get Nash's assists numbers up. I've been able to get some excellent results today (thanks to advice from youALREADYknow) but I need to perfect them gameplay wise and make sure they work in a simulation setting, as well.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. I appreciate it. This is a pretty time consuming process.

why did you set everyones touches to 50...??? i simulated a season using your roster. ppg is ok but rebounds assists and blocks are way off... but it's the same with all the other rosters. but finally someone putting real hard work into making it more "realistic". i will test it during the next weekend and give you my feedback. keep it up(dated)

Touches are at 50 and 25 because it separates scorers from non-scorers without guys putting up 30-40 shots per game. I know it doesn't look like it would work, but it does consistently. I've tried A LOT of different combinations, and for the rest of the edits I do, those are the best for gameplay. I don't think the touch rating has anything to do with sim stats. Did you check out the google document above with results from a season I simmed and/or have you played a game or watched a cpu vs. cpu game with them?

The sim stats for blocking, assists, and rebounding have been like that for at least the last two years (I edited rosters last year and didn't release them). You can put a player's D Awareness, Block, Vertical, and Contest Shot Tendency ratings all to 99 and they won't average more than about 2 blocks a game.

I have to sim another game to make sure, but I think I've got the Suns where I want them. When I'm sure, I'll post the game stats for anyone who is interested.

Please post the ratings you used to get those stats with Orlando. Entire team ratings, or at least ratings tied to rebounding, please. I'd like to see what you did to get those stats and to see if all other stats are in-line with what happens in real life, also. Also, can you post the team metric stats? Thanks
