Hey, can I get some help?

I downloaded 2k12 off of steam and threw a few mods in. However, this ruined my framerate and made the game unplayable. I was a dumba** and didn't copy and save the original files so I reinstalled the game via Steam. But the mods are still in the game somehow. I know because the mod watermark still pops up at the intro and framerate is still trash. This is ***. Any help?
