Perfect CPU vs CPU sliders

Version 1.2

I think I just found the perfect CPU vs CPU sliders;
Gameflow :on
Fatigue:61
Pro Settings
Very Slow
Speed threshold at 100

Penalties;
Offside 100
False Start 77
Holding 58
Face Mask 52
Def PI 100
Off PI 100
KR/PR Interference 100
Clipping 55
Int Grounding 100
Roughing Passer 26
Roughing Kicker 100

I have Player Skill and CPU EXACTLY the SAme, nevertheless I'm doing CPU vs CPU;
Pass Acc 50
Pass Block 55
WR catch 45

Broken Tackles 50
Run Blocking 50
Fumbles 45

Pass Reaction 25
Interceptions 0
Pass Rush 50

Rush React 60
Block Shedding 25
Tackiling 25

Special Teams;

FG power 60
FG Accuracy 45
Punt power 40
Punt Accuracy 60
Kickoff 50

My Auto-subs are at DEFAULT (I'm compensating by increasing my fatigue to 61)

VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!
You must start game with controller on one of the teams, then switch to neutral on kickoff when ball is in the air.
THIS IS CRUCIAL!!
I'm playing 15 minute QTRs in FRanchise mode.

These are the sliders you want. I've tried everybodys and for three months couldnt find any on this board that works. Try these!
And my thanks goes to Jboogie's original set which I altered only slightly.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot; You want to download the patch.

I like these so far. What slider would you lower to slow down the running games a bit without messing other things up?

I have a couple questions. First, what camera you using or doesn't it matter? Second, why very slow speed? Does it make a difference in the way the CPU plays? Thanks

@rook2121, was that a franchise game or a play now game?

Sorry guys, I didnt realize I was being followed.
I'm finishing week one with the following changes,

I raised Rush Awareness by one to 61. And I lowered Holding Penalties by five.
But I'm still not completely satisfied. I'm getting too many huge plays.
Let me post some stats as soon as the current game is finished.
BTW, I AM playing in Franchise Mode w 15 Minute Qtrs

My theory on the difference between Franchise results and Play Now results...
When you "Play Now", you are getting every player in the NFL at full health and experience. Every player plays at 100% potential.
When you play Franchise, players vary as far as experience, health and potential. And in fact, most start out at their lowest possible potential. Thus the difference in performance.
Not to mention the play clock is different.

This is what I'm thinking...
My first option would be to raise Holding Penalties slightly, maybe one notch. Doing so decreases the number of huge holes and huge plays by RBs. Big gains get called back due to Holding. But, that means more Holding Pens on KO and Punt returns too.
My next thought is to raise Rush Reaction by one. I already raised it to 61 from 60. And I know already that raising it to 63 is too high. At 63, most running plays went for losses. IRL running plays should almost never go for negative yards.
And then, I'm considering raising Speed Threshold maybe to 75. This supposedly lowers the number of big plays.
And lastly, I'm wondering what happens if I raise my Fatigue from 60 to 65? Maybe RBs don't get as many carries.
The bottomline is that I don't want to alter the basic CPU settings. I'm trying to make changes using the perifrials (sic?) such as Fatigue, Speed Threshold, or Penalties to achieve any changes.

Ravens 33-Steelers 9

Colts 39- Texans 12
Titans 36-Jaguars 29
Falcons 44-Bears 34
Bills 27-Chiefs 13
Rams 41-Eagles 22
Buccaneers 27-Lions 17
49ers 48-Seahawks 21
Giants 50-Redskins 34
Vikings 33-Chargers 25
Panthers 26-Cardinals 23
Jets 34-Cowboys 17
Dolphins 47-Patriots 13
Raiders 15-Broncos 10

Passing Stats

Ryan 48 Atts for 550
Rodgers 42 atts for 504
Anderson47 atts for 410

Rushing

S Jackson 37 for 200
J Best 19 for 188
Gore 29 for 187

Observations;
Offense is obviously way ahead of defense after week one.
So I will make the following changes
1) Increase Holding Penalties to 55
2) Speed threshold to 75
3) Fatigue up to 70

I am holding off changing the Rush or Pass Reaction sliders for this week. If trend continues, I will change them in week three.

Actually, averaging out the scores... It comes out to 27.4 per team. Thats not bad. However, I'm still making the changes.

I'm using Broadcast Cam. And so far as game speed, I dunno, I've just always used Very Slow, it feels more natural.
And if I read other posts correctly, it sounds as if Madden 12 needs slower speeds in order for various aspects of the game to be more prominent.

Why must you control one team at the beginning? I ask because I don't and I feel one team has the sliders and the other doesn't but I think I am just crazy.

Good question, why control one team in the beginning. Will be getting my own Madden 12 PS3 copy soon and can't wait to play my Seahawk franchise via cpu vs cpu.

You're not going crazy. In order for each team to have the same profile, you have to create two profiles with identical settings and start the game with two controllers with one on each team.
