is there a LEGIT ps3 roster set for '11/'12?

hey guys what's up...college hoops season is here and it seems like i'll be heading to my local game shop to buy 2k8 on discount price, probably the same one i sold them when last yr was over, thinking i wouldn't play it again (again)! lol.

Anyways is there a legit '11-'12 roster up for ps3 this year?

Im thinking of buying an xbox for this very reason. The ones for ps3 are not good at all. Names are good but all ratings are messed up. Freshman are overrated and juniors/ seniors are rated real low. Pretty sure Drummond on Uconn is a 90 overall like wtf dude hasnt proved himself at all yet. So far hes played like a 78. Little stuff like that make these rosters almost useless cause there are so many overrated/underrated players. Like I don't have the time to do all this. 360's are amazingly accurate.

Not saying the rosters are perfect at all......especially since it's still a work in progress. However, let me set the record straight. The highest rated player on the game is Jared Sullinger at 89. Terrance Jones is an 88. Harrison Barnes is an 88. Jeremy Lamb is an 87. Tu Holloway is an 86. Ashton Gibbs is an 84. Just a few players who come to mind. All are on 1st or 2nd team All-American lists in real life.

There are some freshman rated very high. Such as Anthony Davis/Austin Rivers being around 86. We don't work for 2k and we're not trying to make daily tweeks until the roster set is completed.

Nates complaints made me do some research. I'm in the 6th season of an online legacy with UNC-Greensboro. Here's the latest freshman class.

#1 player in the class is a PG for Louisville rated an 89. Averaged 9.5 pts & 5.3 assists. Not exactly dominant but highly rated. The number 13 player in the class was an 81. Players 1-13 were anywhere between 81-89 ratings.

As season goes on, we will obviously be able to get a better gage on things.

It is probably better to buy an X-Box tho, since we are the only group taking time to make rosters for the PS3. As long as you've got PS3, it's us or nothing.

Wait what? the version 2.1 I got looked wayyy different than this. Can you post whatever file your talking about, or the name it is on 2k share? Cause what your talking about sounds great.

I was heavily involved in this until somewhere around:

OS group Roster 2011-12 v1.7 (If not exact, name is close).

Up until then, it was mainly me, Sportznut, and a few others working on the file. Since that time, we've got real busy and others have joined in. Not real sure what v2.1 looks like.....Last I heard Sportznut had the file and was making some changes.
