This game is almost unplayable for me because of the lack of defense and lack of control. Way too animation driven. Also, the game's logic needs major tweaking.

I agree. Are they gonna fix the control on defense ? (all that terrible sliding around)

You might wanna change your sig to MLB The Show if they don't.

Yes! The patch last year for 2k11 made 2k11 alot better so hopefully this years will make 2k12 even better. PLus I really can't wait to get Klay Thompson, Jeremy Tyler and Charles Jenkins on Golden State along with any free agents we sign. Lord knows Golden State needs more depth in 2k lol

Wow, so I have a question that JUST came up for me:

Ok, so the rookies will be added as they sign contracts, right? And these rookies will replace the generic ones in MyPlayer, right?

Well, are rookies like Jimmer Fredette gonna be drafted to the Bucks, like their generic counterpart? (I believe his name is Sam Cook or something, he has a 3 under his name)

Or, will the game just put him on the Kings regardless of where he's drafted in MyPlayer?

I mean, it's not a big deal at all and I don't want to sound like the guy who's never satisfied, since we'd be moving a rookie down a spot or 3 anyway if we're drafted to their team. I'm just wondering what would happen if, say, I was drafted to the Kings and it showed Fredette was drafted by the Bucks, but in-season he was on the Kings.

hope we get more contact in the paint, its to easy to take kevin martin, durant etc etc star players and just float though the lane for a layup over 3 defenders

For those who have problems with the DEFENSE and the SLIDING movement, turn DEFENSIVE ASSIST up to 100..it helped me a lot, players don't slide like they're on ice anymore.

Is this patch going out in the same week for PC as it is for consoles?

Going on history...the PC patch normally comes out much later.

Sometimes it only gets 1 patch and the consoles get 2 or 3, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

I have it on 360 and PC and, to be fair, the console versions cost twice as much + have by far the most users...so they deserve to be the priority.
