First of all they are community rosters being worked on by a group of OSers. Second of all, they are using the previous years as base rosters. They have finished about 10 conferences or more, so the rosters you see with small collleges with bad names are from last season. Once they have edited all the teams then they will post this under the ps3 community roster update
