this is ridiculous 2k has gotten lazy ever since ea stopped making an nba game..a part of me hopes they come back next year and give 2k some serious competition.

I think 2K needs some slack.

They can't go by what they read on HoopsWorld or Yahoo! News, as an officially licensed product they need the go ahead from the NBA w/ confirmation of moves. Do you guys seriously expect the NBA to have office hours on a Sunday night? A lot of the signings aren't "official" by NBA standards yet, even if they're in training camp.

This isn't a case of 2K being lazy, it's a case of their employees following their bureaucratic duties to make sure they don't violate any agreements. 2K has a lot more liability than any of our beloved roster editors.

It's been less than one full business day, breathe. Everything will be taken care of.

All official signings are on NBA.com's Free Agency tracker. Even easier than going to Yahoo or PoopsWorld.

There wouldn't be a single person bitching right now if they hadn't told us it was coming out and then delayed it. The solution is very simple really. 2K needs to not say anything until it is actually being posted to the servers and then just go, "Hey, surprise!! Rosters are out!" saying you are going to do something by a certain date and then not doing it is pretty normal in videogames these days, but it's still not cool.

It's not the end of the weekend yet. It is still possible.
Also, if there is are unseen kinks that need to be worked out, then they need to work them out. It's a video game, wake up its not that important.
