I would go with Washington State myself. I think the conference they are in could help with recruiting or it could hurt. My second choice would but FIU.

Washington State is almost too easy, simply because they are already located in a power conference. And if you have a good set of rosters then they really shouldnt be rated all that bad. But they do have to really sick uniforms.

I rebuilded NIU. Simply because I am from Chicago and there aren't many D1 football universities. UofI? Eh.. Northwestern? Not really a rebuilding kind of team since they're doing pretty well already. So, I just went with NIU. You should check them out. Pretty above average quarterback and running back.

Thanks for you're input guys ended up going with florida international playing on all american doing sick so far 5-2 there qb Carroll and WR Hilton arena nasty combo Hilton put up 6 Tds vs Troy his a monster got 3 2* to commit so far

I'm currently working on a UAB rebuild for fun while just as a time waster. Later in the week though I plan to start a serious UAB dynasty and hope to build them into a team that can play in the SEC one day. Should be a rough road but it seems like a fun challenge.

Right now I am set on UAB anyway, I may switch it up and choose another team though I'll probably play with a couple different teams before deciding for sure.

Ive thought about rolling with FIU, the FL recruits would be nice. Same with San Diego St or San Jose St. CA and FL are recruit factorys

I've been playing a Wazzu dynasty. Not as easy as you might think since you will always be competing for recruits against Washington, Oregon, Stanford, USC, Cal, and Boise State. And the PAC-12 schedule is brutal for Wazzu until you get the talent level up, even had a 3-9 season second year in.
