Then New York Rangers have just hired Staten Island, NY native and former owner/GM/head coach of the Florida Eels in the Emprie Junior Hockey League and the Eastern Junior Hockey League Mark Marsala. "Im honored to be choosen by the New York Rangers to be there GM. This has always been a dream job of mine but I never thought it would actually come true" said Marsala. " We have alot of work to do here, but don't think its impossible it can happen here I see the potential here to turn this team into a Stanley Cup Championship dynasty, but first things first im gonna go scout hard in the QMJHL before the draft and do an excellent job at the 2011 NHL Entry Draft." said Marsala.
