Rookies in My Player

Ok, so 2K has been updating the roster pretty consistently over the past few days, including injecting most of the rookies into the game. I figured the current set of rookies that have been added was good enough and complete enough for me to start a My Player and have the full experience of playing alongside so many of the real life 2011 draftees.

When I got into the draft, the only players from real life that were picked or were in the rookie showcase were:
Kyrie Irving
Derrick Williams
Tristan Thompson
Brandon Knight
Kemba Walker
Jimmer Fredette
Kawhi Leonard
Jordan Hamilton

To be fair, that's most, if not all of the well-known draftees, but it still bugs me that players like Enes Kanter, Jan Vesely, and Alec Burks are in the main roster but not in the mode.

Can anyone help or does anyone have any ideas as to why this is or when it might be resolved? Will we ever see all of these added players included in My Player?

(Obviously, drafted players who haven't signed contracts like Bismack Biyombo aren't the issue here.)

thats wierd i'm waiting for the roster updates to finish before i start over i hope its resolved by the time i start over

^ agreed, I'm really eager to re-start my My Player mode but I'm gonna be patient and wait for all the roster updates to be completed. There's still a couple of free agents also that need to be assigned to the correct team too, so maybe a couple more roster updates then we should be good.

All three of the players you said weren't in the showcase, were in mine..

To add, they also had commentary about them too. They said a bit about Vessley, about the Euro influx of talent and Enes Kanter having a difficult road to the NBA. Maybe try restarting your myplayer one more time?

I started one today, and no real rookies showed up in the draft. Anyone else have this problem or any solutions to it?

Try restarting your system. I know the first time I didn't have any real rookies, for some reason they put the roster updates in the patch rather than a roster so sometimes it doesnt load I'm guessing, but I guess that's what they have to do to make it work on myplayer and everything.

Thanks for the advice. I started a new myplayer, and the rookies were there.

All three of the players you said weren't in the showcase, were in mine..

same here, in fact I was drafted 12th pick by the Jazz and Burks and Kanter are in my team.
