Association future years ideas
Has anyone found any way set it the association accurately, for example the hornets having the first round pick, or the jazz having to picks?

Re: Association future years ideas
Your gonna have to take control of the teams and make the trades yourself. Thats what i usually do. -
Re: Association future years ideas
do you know a website that gives all of the trades? and if they are protected/unprotected what year do you usually trade the pick?

Draft Picks Owed (RealGM)
If the pick is unprotected I make the trade before I even begin my association. If it's a protected pick I wait until after the season and the draft lottery to determine if the pick meets the requirements to be traded.Comment

Re: Association future years ideas
and just to make sure i understand, for example
Boston:
2012 first round draft pick from L.A. Clippers
The Los Angeles Clippers' own 2012 first round draft pick to Boston via Oklahoma City (top 10 protected in the 2012 draft, top 10 protected in 2013, top 10 protected in 2014, top 10 protected in 2015 and unprotected in the 2016 Draft). In addition, if the Los Angeles Clippers are required to send their 2012 first round pick pursuant to the above and are also entitled to receive Minnesota's own 2012 first round draft, then Boston via Oklahoma City shall receive the lesser of the Los Angeles Clippers' own 2012 first round pick and Minnesota's own 2012 first round pick. [L.A. Clippers -Oklahoma City, 6/24/2010 and then Boston - Oklahoma City, 2/24/2011]
means that if the clippers have a top 10 pick in the 2012 draft they give it to the celtics?

Re: Association future years ideas
Nope, it means if it's top 10, the Celtics don't get it in 2012, and it gets pushed back until it's out of the top 10, or until it's 2016.and just to make sure i understand, for example
