I'm a Falcons fan, but I have a lot of respect for the Saints and, especially, Brees. Congrats on the win and congrats to Brees on breaking the single-season passing record. I didn't see the play and only saw bits and pieces of the game, but the Saints outplayed us (from what I saw). Brees is one of the best QBs in today's game and earned it. Congrats again on the win.

My brother won our fantasy league by one point because of that last touchdown. Crazy situation that they wouldn't have tried for a touchdown if they broke the record earlier or farther back on their own field.

In other news, the Saints crushed a rival by almost 30 and won the NFC South

And that makes him "more deserving"?

So when Brady does it, they didn't earn it?

LMAO @ rubbing down balls. Drew got jokes.

I didn't mean it as a put down to other QB's like unt said, I merely meant it a comment on his character, work ethic, etc. Not saying other QB's are not worthy or anything, but you can't really find a much better guy than Drew. It's all lateral moves, if that makes sense.

Falcons put up 434 passing yards and only scored one TD? Alex Smith must've sneezed on Matt Ryan sometime during this past week and passed on his red zoneitis.

Well at least they held strong in the redzone an made atl kick fgs. I guess that's the one positive you can take from them.

Solid tackling as well, not too many missed tackles.

Brees found out he was close after the Meachem TD and immediately thought of the whole pitcher no hitter thing I guess he said, kinda explains the next 3 drives after that, stupid jinxes lmao.

I think people are trying to make an argument that really isn't there. The post made that had people question "what makes any other QB any less deserving" was taken wrong. I'm sure he didn't mean to imply any other QB's are any less deserving.

                                Again, congrats to Brees.

I'll just leave the statement like that so no one gets offended/upset.
