I'm in my 3rd year as the Head Coach of UCF & looking to move on at season's end (Tennessee is the likely destination if thing work out right). If I make promises to get UCF some great players & then I move on to Tennessee, do those promises come back to bite me in the ***, or is it like they never happened?

Just curious how that works.
