This is a question for people doing the 32 team control in offline franchise mode. Is it better to keep the salary cap ON or OFF. I turned the salary cap off on my 32 team chise and then simmed the whole first season and off season as I alwasy do. The thing is my Steelers team signed a butt load of top free agents. Is that normal and should I turn salary cap ON then? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
