Easiest way to get to a specific school?

Hey my OC is in his 14th year and ive been trying to move up as aa head coach of either Air Force or Arizona State but neither school has hired me even when they fired the previous coach. Im avoiding all other schools because my Washington State team has become a 6* school and a recruiting powerhouse.(they were a 3* team when i got there) Im still having fun recruiting there but i really really want to be the head coach at one of those schools. Is there anyway for me to maybe force my way on to one of the schools? im considering making a super conference with all the best teams in the game right now and sticking them in it for a few years so their basically firing a coach every season

I would take a job some where else and do a good job then maybe they will want you.

One idea is to pick YOUR contract renewal length to match when their coaching contracts are up.

If they fire/coach contract is up and you still under contract. They may not offer you.

Another idea is to change YOUR ala mater to one of those schools. Doing these two things SHOULD almost Lock for the position.

Wait for their contract to run out; make sure they aren't meeting enough of their contract goals.

Then, edit their age to 68 (max it out) and edit your alma mater to Air Force or Arizona State.

Chances are good that if they aren't fired then they will retire. Then you have a good chance of being the next head coach.

I did all this once and the old HC had actually done a good job, but he retired.

ive noticed that the lower the stars of the school, they later they fire and hire... are you waiting the entire time?

It took me 13 years to get to the university of nebraska and they were bad i mean very bad
