I want them to improve Dynasty.. To bland and boring for me.

1) Improve progression.. It can't be random and every player can't be growing 4-5 points each year. Some break out, some don't grow and some even regress..
2) have the ability to hire your own coaches, sorta like in Madden..
3) More in depth of coaching schemes. Have more tactics especially if you run a certain offense or defense, etc.
4) I would like a training camp where you play mini games to improve your players

I can go on.. The gameplay also needs fixes.

• Complete rosters (not 70) like 85
• Penalties that work. Block in the back not clipping. Pass interference called when it does happen (never gets called). Intentional grounding that actually works.
• Better coaching carousel (was a good idea but needs more work). Head coach should be able to recruit coodinators that work to his play style.
• Get rid of the roulette recruiting

In reference to your #1, I absolutely agree. I think a potential rating of some kind is needed, because there will always be that undersized 3* DE who has great potential if he puts on weight. Stuff like that would make recruiting 3x better and more interesting.

what do you have your slider at? I think I have had mine on every point possible and have played over 1000 games and had 1 yes 1 PI called. I was so shocked I had to do an instant replay and the db never even touched the wr so I am still curious as to why it was called.

I play with the slider up all the way. I play in coach mode too, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
