this. if you're a first baseman and you're playing behind pujols you better hope he gets hurt or you get traded :P

as far as positions go, i find SP is fastest to get to the majors. i've made over 5 characters on RTTS (in 11 alone) that made it to the majors, all different positions and SP is always the fastest.
