This online dynasty for the 360 will consist of teams ranked three stars, in what most would call the major conferences. Realistic/Simulation play is strongly encouraged, and reported offenders will be dealt with accordingly, as will be noted below.

Advancement will be scheduled at a minimum of every three days, with few exceptions. This allows ample time for recruiting and games to be played, but not so much time that interest is lost. That said, when all green lights are ready, we'll advance early if possible.
Play the game like you see it played. Going for it on fourth down in the first half when you're tied or up by a touchdown won't cut it; and that's just an example. We're going to go on a good-faith rule with this; if problems are reported to me, I'll handle them accordingly.
Following up on the previous, don't take players out of their natural depth chart position. Furthermore, never drop back an unrealistic 10-15 yards to roll into a slant route. Again, keep it realistic. That's what makes this fun.
If someone misses advancement twice, their team will be placed on auto-pilot until I am contacted; there will be a minimum of two weeks for the penalty. From there, if advancement is missed once more, they will forfeit their team.
Stat-padding and/or running up the score will be frowned on here just as much as in real-life. If you're up by thirty points in the second half and I see that your starting quarterback launched a hail mary for yet another touchdown, expect to be reprimanded.
Unnecessary and consistent restarts will not be tolerated. I have run into some glitches/freezes myself on here, so if you have a true restart you cannot control, let me know immediately and I'll deal with that accordingly. Unexcused first-time offenders will be given a warning; second-time offenders will forfeit one week to auto-pilot; third time offenders will forfeit their team completely. Again, any excusable restarts need to be communicated to me immediately through the XBL messenger.
For the first season, all conferences will remain as-is. Entering the second season, all realistic changes will be made to reflect up-to-date conferences.
Schedules will remain as-is for the first season as well, save for FCS teams. All FCS teams will be replaced with an FBS team. User/User games will be purely coincidental of schedule for the first season, but required from there out. Starting second season, there will be a minimum of two user/user games, though more are encouraged.
Although recruiting difficulty is set at All American, there will be no actual recruiting restrictions.
