What would you ask the Mlb2k12 team?

If given the chance, what would you ask?

    Here are mine:

Will there be a cancel throw button?
Will we still have the ability to play custom unranked games online vs our friends?

Is there a zone hitting option?
Is the check swing function fixed?

If the answer is yes to both, I will buy the game first day. If not, then it's looking at a PS3 for me.

Also: Did you put the power swing option back in the game?

But I know that'll happen the day Barry Bonds finally comes clean, meaning just forgetaboutit.

Isn't the power swing option in the game? You pull right stick back and then up for power swings. Also, since you need to break the x-axis to swing it allows you to check swing.

I would ask them if they are for sure finished making this series after this season.

If I were to ask separate questions from what you guys are asking, I would ask why there hasn't been an option to hide the pitching cursor since 2K5 (technically 2K4 if you used K-Zone pitching in 2K5). I know they aren't responsible for Kush's actions in those three years following, but these past four years with VC at the helm leave me struck dumbfounded that they're trying to find all of these ways to complicate pitching, yet they haven't ruled in the element of human unpredictability (in other words, not always getting the ball exactly where you hope you want it to go, because we aren't pinpoint machines). Turning off the ball cursor would help that.

                  I would ask, "what happened?"
And as one of the above posters wrote, is check swing button fixed?
Im a PS3 guy and check swing was non existent.

That would be incredible if we could hide the pitching cursor. Just that alone would make this a 1st day purchase for me.

I agree...in the other game I have it on just because the pitching itself is unpredictable anyways, even if you have the cursor on...with 2k its so pinpoint that having it off would BENEFIT the game. Akin with sliders and curveballs having more "bite" and snap to them would also help

I would ask if Auto Fielding is fixed. No matter how great a fielder is the player, "Oh, he throws it away!"

I would ask if in 2k12 the bats look more life like instead of an over-sized pre-rendered prop.

I had the PC version and only played a bit but i thought the pitching was fine with the control slider, didn't see pinpoint pitching being a problem.

Of course in the PC version there is a simple mod which allows you to hide the pitching cursor.

The game is so much better on a computer because there are so many great mods which make it amazingly customizable.

Most of the complaints people seem to have with the game are easily solved by simply playing on a PC.

You can't win a million bucks that way, but I suppose that's part of the tradeoff
