Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
Lets get together in make A Lin rating the next update im sure he will be raised, but in the meantime less get together in decide for ourselves. I say in the range of 78-79 wouldnt be crazy he owns John wall everytime they play including summer league in his ratings a 82 with a good defensive game. And check out the link to the game vs the Lakers. He should get a bonus just for this.

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
I'd say about 74 rating....78 is a little too high even for Lin's hot streak. Have to see how he does throughout the season before increasing his overall rating. The University of Miami

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
I guess you can say he's not athletic by today's standards of Rose and Westbrook, but he has ups and he's deceptively quick.
I'd say the most important ability is the eurostep, I bumped it up to "good." Gotta replicate him taking two steps in the lane and switching hands around the rim.Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
You know what guys Lin is going to be good but I just realized something. He is in Mike Dantonios offense. You have to have a samrt pg in that offense look what he did for Steve Nash. He got to MVPs running that offense. Lin went to Havrard so you know he haas to be somewhat smart. But people are forgetting what offense he is in. Ima put my rating of him up.Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
Lin will go down in history as the most debatable 2K rating of all time.
I'm curious to see what the folks over at 2K sports give him in a roster update down the line.Comment

So should Steve Nash be a 68 as well??? If he keeps this up Lin is playing better than Rose, Westbrook, Nash, D Williams, pretty much any PG with the exception of maybe CP3 and you think he should be a 68?.. When is the last time any player on 2k rated under a 70 dropped 38points against the Lakers?Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
No he shouldnt be a 68 but alot of the reason he's doing good because of the offense. mike dantoni does not like athletic point guards he like smarts pg's thats why felton, marbury, and douglas didnt last. He like's smart pg's like Lin, Nash and Kidd. not saying thier not athletic but they have brains too.Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
Omg ... 26.8 Points Per Game 8 Assists Per Game and 4.2 Rebounds Per Game over these last 5 games. Your saying Jeremy Lin is still on Mario Chalmers and T.J. Ford levels? But anyways, I got Jeremy Lin to a 72Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
I got him at a 66. Most of the attributes I raised, I feel like they shouldn't go higher, and everything else seems about right. So I don't know how you guys are rating him. Can't just rate him off of these past 5 games. Gotta take into account the other games he's played in his short career.Link to my NBA 2K13 2010-2011 Roster:

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
It is much better to underrate than overrate. If you are preparing each player's rating for association mode like I am, be safe with it. You go thru each each skill asset and give him what you think he deserves in each category. If it ends up being a reasonable rating (probably anything 65-73), then just go with it.Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
I ended up with im at a 72.
I think I had him at 85 inside, 80 close, 70 mid, 68 3pt. Something like that.
I think I have his potential at like 72.Comment

Re: Lets Make A Jeremy Lin Rating
Here is what he will be in my roster based on what he has done so far.

Mute it, its just loud silence lol...
For the record, this is subject to change both positively or negatively. I came to the conclusion that I can properly determine what his rating should be based on his talent alone yet. I could easily see this rating going higher or lower.
With that being said, I think this Lin edit is perfect for this roster based on his performance thus farUpdates on Twitter: 2KstauffComment
