My top 5 ever (in Order)
NBA 2k11
CH2k8 (still play that game, deepest sports game IMO)
NCAA Football 2005
Madden 2005
NFL 2k5 (I liked Madden's gameplay better, but 2k5 had better franchise and presentation, gameplay trumps all)
