I have been diligently working on a file for MLB 2K11 - it is an offseason roster file that includes all transactions (as best as I can track) that have taken place during the offseason.

The file I've provided includes 25 man rosters for all major league teams - and are accurate based on February 16, 2012 - www.mlbdepthcharts.com projected 25 man rosters. I have put a TON of time into this file, having created a bunch of players projected to be on opening day rosters (including the Japanese pitchers and Yoenis Cespedes of the A's - ACCURATE scouting reports on new players!). You will NOT be disappointed in this roster!!!

The problem: I can ONLY provide this as an OFFLINE download - .ROS file. 2K Share has NOT been working for a few days, so you can only get this roster file here.

I began this file using the 11-2-10 official 2K roster file (last season's ending roster). I have NOT fixed any contracts... Jersey #'s will not be correct either. The purpose of this file is to hold you over until MLB 2K12 drops in a couple weeks. You may want to bring up a few minor leaguers for fun to have them compete in Spring Training-like game scenarios.

I use my sliders with these, but any will do... Enjoy!!

Appreciate it... Wasn't going to put it out for the public as I had been working on it during my own time. But had a Forrest Gump moment where I just kept running and running with it...

Figured you guys would have fun with it for a couple weeks... If any transactions are overlooked, let me know. They would only be minor league players, as the majors are 100% accurate. Since it's not really a franchise mode file, those guys could just be added to the majors to play for fun type games.

All teams are accurate using www.mlbdepthcharts.com - projected 25 man rosters, as well as a few top prospects added.

Contracts, ages and jersey #'s have not been fixed... This is purely to hold you over until 2K12 arrives. TONS of Non-Roster Invitees added, and I've put another 4-5 hours into this file since I uploaded the .ROS file the other day (includes Ibanez on the Yankees!!).

You could even call up some players from AAA to add to the major league roster to reflect Spring Training Games.

NOTE: add Manny Ramirez to Athletics AAA team - minor league deal signed today (just came up right after I uploaded the file).

Thanks as always, Mike. I hope we get our hands on a 2K12 demo this week, or at least see some unedited Gameplay footage. I'd like to have a better idea on if I'm going to be buying the game or not.

Good to hear. I'm going to try and get a few games in tomorrow. If the Franchise Mode bugs from last year haven't been touched, I'll be sticking with 2K11 for another year, so this roster could be very valuable down the road.

I uploaded a new file on 2K Share in the wee hours of the night (2-22-12). Fixed some things, updated some stuff.

I'm now working on fixing JERSEY NUMBERS... In my next upload (in a few days) I'll have those done.

Funny, I had no intentions of doing this but if anyone would be willing to rework the contracts it would be a perfect roster file to use.

I began this file from the 11-2-11 official 2K file - end of season / final roster. So the ratings would be spot-on from last year's season to start this season. I'm actually kinda riding the fence on 2K12 now, and will wait for impressions before I purchase, most likely (though I know myself and my give in to temptation).

What I "might" do for you is add the player in the roster file editing an existing player. Let me know if 1) this is acceptable to you, and if so 2) give me his information. Thanks!

Yeah this is perfectly fine. He should probably be a single A pitcher for the Giants. His name is Tyler Mizenko. I'm just looking for his pitches right now cuz I can't find them anywhere.
