Operation Sports Full Minors 2012

With pitchers and catchers ready to go....so are we brethren of baseball.
I will leave the recruiting page open until at least the Sunday before release, on the chance we can fill the remaining teams with some editors, but I want to go ahead and open up this thread for discussion about the actual roster set.

To start....here is a link to the updated work chart

These are the links to the updated player charts(by potential)

A RATED PITCHER

B RATED PITCHER
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...thkey=CM64vLcG

C RATED PITCHER

A RATED POSITION PLAYER
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...thkey=CNnCq9kH

B RATED POSITION PLAYER

C RATED POSITION PLAYER

You'll notice that the base ratings on the lower end of the chart are hiked up from last year. It should make for better playing minor league games as well as more "useful" players to call up.

A few things ...

EDIT:
There is no longer a need to match age to the player you are creating. You can use any (potential you want) player and edit his age....the service time for contract control and Rule V resets to match the age you edited now.

If you are unsure on whether a player is an A or a B...or C...go with the lower.

Use D players as the career minor leaguers and don't worry about their rating(as far as progression).....if you feel he is a 35 contact hitter but a 65 power....do it.

Also.....you'll notice the low end of the charts is 20-25 for the most part. If you have a player severely lacking in any part of his game....you can certainly put the rating lower than that. The only exception I would make on that is contact and fielding(ability)

Error on the low side of speed.(especially the REALLY slow players)

Remember for pitchers...../9 numbers increase with progression. All of them.
...BUT...set your individual pitch ratings to MLB LEVEL. They do not move(control does....but only per 1).

Any questions...ask them ....and I'll do my best.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ARE PARTICIPATING!
I cannot tell you how good it is to have everyone's help.

PERCENTAGE COMPLETE AS OF APRIL 3rd
