I've started recording video of glitchers/cheaters/scammers and I've been sending them to EA via email/chat/forums for weeks but nothing has been done. These people ruin the game for the rest of us and need to be banned.

Is there anything that can be done?

First of all, I applaud you on your patience. I would have quit playing the first time I saw that happen. I refuse to play any cheesers/glitchers. As soon as I see someone pull something like that I quit.

Anyways, I don't think they actively go after these guys. Which is stupid, because as you said in the videos, they completely ruin the game. This is why I don't play games online, not just NCAA and Madden, but all games. Every game is full of cheesers/glitchers, and of course mega douchebags with mics.

EA can definitely do something to stop those abusing glitches - build a better game and do a better job of beta testing.

While I play as realistically as possible and would also be frustrated playing against those cheesers, you really can't fault someone for abusing an exploit to score/win, even if it is bush-league.

Rather than asking EA to ban players, ask EA to make a game without so many glitches.

It's quite simple if some moron does this to you.

Quit or

Pause the game, walk away, when it auto restarts, pause again. Keep doing this until they get the message.

It's no different than with telemarketers. Quickest way to get them off the phone? Hand the phone to my 4 yr old and let them talk to them.

These guys are skum in my opinion. Never do a quick match. I have come across some great players by doing custom match and less than 5% DNF. Try that and you should get some straight-up competition
