    Carmelo Anthony Denver vs NY

Is it just me or does Melo seem like he was more productive in Denver than NY? Why do you guys think that is?

Pretty simple, Carmelo Anthony was undeniably THE guy in Denver. In New York last year he was with STAT and Billups and this year he was with STAT and now Jeremy Lin. D'Antoni's offense also doesn't thrive on the iso game that he excelled at in Denver.

George Karl features free form offense and lets his stars do whatever they feel like doing. Mike D'Antoni features screen/rolls which isn't Anthony's game.

Anthony is only useful with the ball in his hands and lots of time to manuever. Now that he has been nationally exposed as a seriously selfish, sticky-fingered, super loser will he adjust his game? Its all up to him.

Yeah. I definitely agree, he is going to have to change the way he plays the game for the Knicks to be successful. The million dollar question is will he?

Couldn't agree more. Sad that he has a very good post game but he just doesn't know when to use it.

Yeah he's great in the post. He needs to use it more than he does and not just settle for jump shots all the time.

D'Antoni's system doesn't allow Anthony to be aggressive in the post compared to George Karl's system where Anthony was in the post and able to post up quite often.
