Trading in '11?

To those of you who have played MLB the Show 12. Would you trade in MLB the Show 11 or keep it?

I played 12 at Best Buy this past Tuesday and Thursday. I have not played 11 since. I might trade it in Monday.

I haven't played 12 yet... just paid it off in full yesterday...
But in RTTS I just finished game 1 of the 2018 NLDS tonight, and will be playing through the playoffs this weekend... the World Series(if I make it) will be spaced out on Monday, and then at midnight I start all over with 12...

In my opinion, i'd say if u don't need to trade 11 to make the purchase of 12, then keep it until you've played 12 Tuesday, and if its to your liking, then don't wait any longer to trade in 11, before the trade in value drops any more...

Will trade in 11...Honestly, rarely do games go "backwards" (disclaimer: obvious exception being the Madden franshise), heck they hardly change from to to year to recognize and significant difference at all. I see no reason in keeping 11.

Based on the track record of The Show, I will most likely be trading in '11. Don't think that i've ever gone back once the new version has released, as I am instantly engulfed...

DO NOT TRADE IN GAMES!!! Sell 11 on craigslist for like $15. All those game places rip you off big time.

i sold my copy on ebay for 19.99 about a week ago, of course after ebay seller fees, and shipping, it was around 16 bucks..

DO NOT TRADE IN GAMES!!! Sell 11 on craigslist for like $15. All those game places rip you off big time.

Some aren't too bad if they have a promotion. I just traded in a few games yesterday at Best Buy toward my preorder of MLB 12. They are giving 50% more than the listed trade in value right now if you preorder an new game. I got $15 trade in credit for MLB 11 and $30 for Battlefield 3 (which I only paid $40 for on release day).

I traded '07 and '08 in years ago and haven't traded one in since. I just keep them on my shelf as part of my collection. Regret trading in '08 though since it had Ryan Howard on the cover, but oh well.

Ok, this is what I did today. Took MLB 10, MLB 11, Gran Turismo 5, to Best Buy which also had a 50% pre-order towards the game. To make a long story short, I got the MLB 12 for $19.47 to be picked up on Tuesday.
What a country!!

Said that between the 3 of the trade ins, they would give me $11 towards The Show '12

Yes, I said $11.

Yeah, okay. For $180 payout, $11 is not going to cut it. Will be searching for options elsewhere.
