Luck, If RGIII was a pocket quarterback he wouldn't be getting the attention he is. RGIII is more entertaining to watch though.

Neither there both going to be bust draft picks . haha but i like the underdogs as RG3 hes just like Vick when he was younger speed QB thats all he did then Vick got older and stands in the pocket more then he use to maybe RG3 will become a Pocket passer faster then Vick did.

Griffin has gone on record numerous times saying he prefers being in the pocket opposed to running. They're both athletic as Luck held his own at the Combine.

You must haven't watched alot of RG3. He does most of his damage from the pocket and takes off when he has too.. He's super accurate out the pocket. Vick was no where near as accurate at that time in his career coming out of college as RG3 right now..

I must have misread what you was trying to say. I thought you were saying that RG3 is just a speed QB just like Vick was back then.. My bad..

I think both Luck and RG3 will be good in Madden 13. But far is in the NFL goes. You never know what will happen. People thought Alex Smith was going to be a good QB. But he turned out to just about avg. It is hard to tell right now to be honest. But I believe between the 2 of them. Luck will be the better QB overall.

as a skins fan i hope hes not closer to russell. jamarcus had all the tools, i think his work ethic ultimately ended his career. i dont think griffin will fall to that , but who knows. i just hope hes not this years ted ginn jr. by that, i mean ginn was drafted after hester was ripping up special teams and almost winning games for bears by field position and returns alone. dolphins thought ginn could do same thing and contibute on offense. didnt work out. now teams see cam having a helluva rookie season and see mobile qbs working out more and more. now we take griffin. hope griffin is as close to good as advertised whether skins get him or colts shock the world and get him

You never know how players turn out but RG3 has the work ethic, intellegence, and talent to be a successful QB in the league. I'm going to hate dealing with him for the next decade. Even though it was college he helped turn around a Baylor program that was absolutely garbage for the last 20 plus years. No way I think he turns out to be like J***ssell even if he doesn't play up to his potential. At the worst I would say V.Young but I believe he will be very good.

He is the most hyped QB Since Peyton Manning and John Elway.
Griffin is good but most people couldn't tell you who Griffin was before this season. I could but that just because I am a college football fan.

I think it comes down to who has the better coaching & supporting cast. Assuming Luck goes to the Colts & Griffin to the Skins, I think the supporting casts will be comparable and give the coaching nod to the Skins.

If Vick was paired with Andy Reid out of the gate, I think he'd be one of the greats. I think Griffin/Shannahan could be a sweet combo. What Griffin is lacking can be learned and I think Shannahan can bring him along. And I think Griffin's athletic ability - speed & arm strentght - will help smooth his transition to the NFL. Dude is gifted.

I think the Luck comparisons to Elway & Manning are out of line. Elway had a CANNON, Luck doesn't. Luck also didn't play as athletic as his combine performance. And until he proves to be as heady as Manning, who also had a stronger arm, I'm not getting this comparison either. I think he's more Matt Ryan than either of those 2. I do think Luck will be a good QB. I just don't think he has the potential Griffin has. QBs get better at reading defenses, they don't get faster or improve arm strength much.

Its all speculation at this point it maybe a sitiuation like with Eli, river and Big ben were you can make a arugument that all three are better at one aspect of that game some even after years all three were great draft picks and propects to this day.

JaMarcus Russell is not the product of poor talent he just got lasy and lacked focus. He regressed every year. His rookie season he show promise and talent in limited action. He second season was a bit of a step back as actually he looked more like a rookie and looked very shakey and kind reminded me of they guy he replaced Andrew Walter in some game he show signs of talent; he had some weapons but he probably ran them out the league. He was fully given the Keys the next season and he looked like total garbage one of the worst young QB I have seen. JaMarcus Russell is not similar to RG3 in any way his games is very different. I not sure why his name even came up I could name 10 QB with more similar games.

I don't understand the question. They are past the point of "showing promise". Now it's "who is going to play better?" To answer that I'd say RG3, but i have faith in both.
