How low does a coaches job security meter need to be for them to get fired?

Depends on the school. I've had my bar at slightly below half before I was fired at UCLA after back-to-back losing seasons (13-17, 16-18). Other places I've had my job renewed after seasons like that. I think it has to do with program prestige.VCU Final Four 2011

It also has to do with recruiting, if you're recruiting well, but still losing games, you can still gain security through recruiting. The Job Security system is actually tied to the Legacy Points systems.Support Local Sports
