Uniform selection in RTTS

Anyone know how to? I thought the fact sheet said we can select uni's before each game in all modes.

I haven't got into RTTS this year, but do the uniforms change, or are you always wearing standard home and away?

I haven't got out of the minors yet this year, but in all previous versions you also wore alternates and throwbacks in addition to the standard during the course of the season.

You're right. The fact sheet clearly says:

24. Uniform select in all modes

It's completely random. The CPU picks which versions of uniform you will wear.

NOT random. I noticed that the Royals wear their alternates on Sunday's and other day games. It's like that in RTTS.

The game does automatically know some teams, but not all of them.

Point is, according to the fact sheet, WE should be able to select uni's before each game.

I'm sure the thinking is that "Hey, you're just one player on the team; you wouldn't be picking the uniforms in real life, so you're not able to pick them in RTTS."

However, some teams allow their starting pitchers to pick the uniforms. It's too bad that we can't do that in RTTS.

Regardless of what happens in real life, SCEA put out a fact sheet saying it was an option for us to choose the jerseys this year.

Kind of like the online Home Run Derby that was supposed to be in the game and simply doesn't currently exist.

We finally got an answer regarding HRD but the info was filtered down through pms from a dev and a regular forum member. Maybe somebody should try PMing the devs in hopes that one of them will reply.
