Can Someone Help Me Out?

I have been unable to find any rosters that are 100% perfect. I've found a few that were damn close, but not good enough for my liking. So I'm planning on making a compilation of the best files in addition to some of my own work such as completely re-editing the entire roster of players including ratings, tendencies, accessories, etc. and updating it as the season progresses, such as adding players who are signed from the D-League. I'm going to do this in an attempt to make the most accurate and up to date roster available. I will of course give credit to all of those who originally created any specific files and will refrain from doing anything that the original creator is not okay with per their request. But first I need some help.

I've made a list of all of the corrections that need to be made before I can start this project:

I'd appreciate it if someone could provide me with links to address these problems so I can begin the project. After I correct these issues I'll start the project and once I'm finished I'll share it with everyone. I'll also update throughout the season, so for example, if an NBA team signs a player from the D-League I'll add the player to the roster with an accurate cyberface, portrait, ratings, tendencies, and accessories.

But to do this I need to know how to add a player to the roster without having to create the player in game or having to use an entirely different roster. For example, I saw one roster file that had a perfect version of Lance Thomas, a PF from the New Orleans Hornets. It had the correct portrait, an accurate cyberface, all of his tattoos, etc. The file I'm currently working on is missing Thomas (among a few others) and I need to know how to add them into the roster. If someone could tell me how to do this I'd appreciate it.
