XBOX 360 Country Club (TW13)

After the Early Release I am making a new club TW13. I joined a friend's club but was put off by the name of the club and the fact that half of the club was younger immature kids.

I started my own country club now and want to find some people, preferably over the age of 20 that want to help build up a club and expand it to 25 members. The ability of the guys that will be in the club ranges from consistent -10 and better golfers to guys that struggle to break even.

We play on Tour Pro difficulty with putt preview turned on. This means no caddies and no spinning the ball in the air.

This is a club intended to be for fun. If you don't play online at all that is fine as well. It is mutually beneficial to join up even if all you do is play offline.

I'm am going to join your club if that's alright. I am 31 years old and just like to have fun playing sports games. I used to be -18 type of good years ago, but it's been a few years since I've put up those types of scores. Also I'll add you to my XBL friend's list.

That describes me exactly. I'm about to get on to play now and send a friend request. After playing one round so far, I definitely have a lot to learn with this game. Enjoyed it though.

Wow, that first game we played certainly showed how much I need to raise my stats.

That was actually the first round I have played, so have to forgive the complete suckiness I displayed

Yeah that was a good round to find out how the setting we use play.

Just a putting tip for those of you guys struggling with it. You can go as slow as you want on your backswing to make sure you get the power right. The backswing tempo doesn't matter for puts just the follow through and the power put on it with the backswing.

Didn't know that and yes, it will help immensely....I was really struggling with my putting.

I sucked even more, so at least you have that going for you. I hope to be better by tomorrow night when I get back online. I appreciated everyone's patience as I eight-putted just about every hole.

Really...I was just as bad, I just caught a few more breaks.

And lol...didn't bother me at all to wait. It is kind of why I wanted to join a CC with older members who are a bit more patient and don't think a game a golf should take 15 minutes.

Yeah it's funny, I am 24 and the other guys are all in our mid 20s that I knew before this game. We tend to enjoy playing video games with the older more mature gamers.

I honestly don't mind waiting on guys. Everyone has different skill levels and the beauty of the club system in this game is no matter how good or bad a player is they can help the club advance.

Also guys don't forget to play the daily and weekly tournaments.
