Re: New Passing System Question
It's EA...
It all depends on your expectations
me personally, just think that however bad last years was, EA has made it worse. I've found that specific approach gives me the least amount of headaches.Comment

Re: New Passing System Question
Nothing less than perfection obviously. I can already tell I won't read one complaint on this feature in the coming weeks, months, year.Comment

Re: New Passing System Question
Anyone expecting a new passing system to instantly become the best football mechanic ever is setting themselves up for disappointment. The best anyone can do is simply be patient and wait. I also don't have much appetite for EA bashing.Comment

Re: New Passing System Question
Expect them to throw some glitter on the pile of crap that was the passing game last year and call it new and reinvented.<O</O
Oh and don’t forget they will have to send out at least 2 patches to fix what new and reinvented passing game screwed up. But hey we have 3D grass, Super Duper lighting, and people blur when they run. AWESOME! <O></O

Re: New Passing System Question
It's complete speculation but based on FIFA's Vision system in pro player intelligence and that brief mention of read and react defense for NCAA 13, I am expecting a less linear passing system. Meaning, the intended receivers and defenders will no longer be tethered or reacting to the button press for a pass but actually have an in-game mechanic for "seeing"/tracking the football and other players.Comment
