What playbook do your former coaches use? I saw my former QBC Tom Rathman be hired as a HC, but he seemed to be using a power run playbook instead of the Michigan Spread-my playbook.I always thought your subordinate coaches would use your playbook if they ever became HCs.Or is it just that they use the playbook of whatever team they're on?
