It is looking good so far! I had a ton of fun with NCAA Football 12, and This year it is looking better then last years games

how about the o-line d-line interactions get fixed, how about you put some authentic gang tackles, 3rd guy just kinda falls over. no psycic dbs has been said for years....prove it. im tired of paying 60bones for new jerseys and rosters. how about improving the stuff that matters. presentation is horrible. sidelines are horrible. ball flight we'll see. but i really think you guys need to use fifas physics engine. lose the animations and make natural flowing game. why have i never seen a guy pulled downby his jersey? happens all the time. you guys are the Wal mart of the game developers. got a choke hold on the leagues so you dont have competition, well i have news for you EA competition breeds greatness. #2ksportsstandup

Unfortunately, the more I look at the passing play concerning FSU at UF, that DB interaction made no sense at all. Additionally, the 4 foot juke (impossible) that the Oklahoma running back made can only be compared to being punched in the stomach by surprise. (painful to watch)

Please EA, please EA don't let us down on the 17th...

We've all played this game before, lol. This is Tiburon we're talking about.

Sage, any other year in the past, I would agree with you, but somewhere in my gut, I think this year is different, I hope.

In the past, I don't think there was a manager of both games who was a former CFL QB and Div 2 college QB with a pedigree from FIFA and Fight Nights. First thing he did was look at all the forums and saw the passion of the football gamers. One of the first things he did was double both game play teams. That doesn't guarantee the game will be better, but I can't think these changes are for the worse and instead, possibly a step in the right direction.

The physics and the animations are terrible, but 2k hoops still has warping and sliding issues, and yet, that game has good to great game play. Not saying 2k has similar issues to the football games, but they still have them.

Just some thoughts.

I'm encouraged by the attempt to address the psychic DBs, the rollouts, screens, drop backs, 25 different trajectories, and the icons appearing when the receiver is open. Let's see how it all turns out to be sure before we spend our money.

I have the pass so I will be trying out this game, as well as the demo, but I just don't have much excitement after seeing the video. Still waiting on the 17th, but there's only so much I can take with some of the decisions made with this series. It's to the point where some of the little things not fixed bother me more than the big things.

I still think the game will be fun as always for a few weeks, but I don't have hope with the longevity of either of these football games anymore. I always hope I'm wrong, but so far I haven't been. I did enjoy NCAA 11 though, still my fav version this gen.

Yeah I agree. For me personally I can overlook 2k's faults more so than EA's because there are so many other things I enjoy about the game(s). I pray there's a day EA can distract me to the point I don't notice the flaws so much. As I said NCAA 11 was the closest they've come this gen. Hopefully NCAA 13 and Madden can accomplish that.

Correct. I feel that so many people are just over reacting right now over 1min worth of video. Yes I know about EA past and everything. I've been around for a long time buying EA Madden and NCAA football games. I know the pain people are going through. Like I said before. Tuesday is judgement day for EA on gameplay. If it ain't all that then people will get mad. Either way I'm not going off the wall right now about a 1min video of different clips of the game. I will wait until next week when we get a true look at the gameplay on a live stream. Then that will be time I will judge the gameplay itself. I ain't asking for all new graphics or anything. All I want to see is the passing fixed and the Super LBer and CB stuff fixed. Plus the oline blocking fixed or improved. Then I'm one happy person.

I'm hopeful that Tuesday should be a good day. Fixing psychic DBs, leaping linebackers, and adding ball arc were some of my biggest complaints from last year. Now I hope they finally addressed special teams for the first time this gen.

i loved what i heard but not what i saw,

the LSU DB mirrored in the 2 clips he was in.

but overall its looks good i saw some nice catches, hopefully they really work on those DB's because the man coverage in the clip was bad......

Like a few people have said and I have a feeling about this aswell. Those certain clips of the LSU player running the route along with the WR and knocking it down is a clip of NCAA12 gameplay and not NCAA13. I'm not 100% sure and don't get mad at me for just saying this. I could be wrong you know. But for now I believe those certain clips could be from NCAA12. I guess we will find out come Tuesday want we.

All of that video is 100% NCAA 13 guaranteed. And I believe what ben said was something along the lines of "for all they know the gameplay could be NCAA 12 with NCAA 13 sights and sounds" when referring to the sights and sounds video.
