I have never finished more than 1 season on the show, a lot of real life issues also get in the way that can make a season take forever. I like to know every single stat is mine and that I did not SIM and have some CPU stats.

So i have never got to the point where i get to see what my top rated prospects, since 1 season isnt usually enough time. I do call up and send down people in the minors and have seen players I called up preform outstanding.

I am sure it would be cool to finish a whole season, sign ur draft picks,,free agents etc and start other season. I feel like I might be missing out on some aspects of the show by only ever finishing one season. Its just when a season takes forever and you play 162 games, then do it all over again it takes alot, to do it all over again. I do have a goal and its to win the world series, something I have never done in MLB Show. I have never picked All Star teams, so when i made it to the World Series win the Astros in Show 10 only to lose in 5 games, months of time finishing that 162 game schedule.

My point is I read all the times people that finish several seasons by simming some games or all and playing some. How do you keep the show fresh if you play every game of 162? Who here has done that finish several seasons without simming a single game. I just feel maybe i am missing out on some of the aspects of the show by not playing several seasons.
I literally do the same thing as you. I finish one season, call people up, send people down, etc. But I do not get bored of it at the end. It's still fresh at the end. I have never even made it to the world series. The only reason I don't start another season is because the next installment of The Show comes out and then I have to buy it by the time I complete one season. I am someone who can't play an old game. Mainly because of stadium upgrades, uniforms etc. If The Show installments came out every 2 years, I would most likely finish a season and then do as you said; start season 2 and sign free agents, draft etc. Just not enough time for me to do more than one season.
