Simply Recap of the 2011-12 season which i simmed to get to the off-season:
Detroit ends 2011-12 season 2nd in the Western Conference. In the 1st round of the playoffs they got past Calgary in 7 games. in the 2nd round they would see the end of their playoff run when the Anaheim Ducks knocked them out in 6 games.
Washington Capitals would go on to win the Stanley Cup for the 2011-12 season.
