Do the patches/tuners affect CPU Defense Psychic Playcalling?

I'm finding it very difficult to run the spread when the defense always seems to know when I'm going to run. I run mostly out of the shotgun-spread formation or with an empty backfield. It seems like whenever I call a read option or QB run play, the defense is already set in a 3-4 or nickel formation, even though I'm still in a spread or empty backfield. I'm currently running w/ all patches and tuners and named rosters.

I'm really hoping they fixed this, too.

    As a stop-gap measure for '12, no-huddling seems to help. I hardly ever call a run play if I don't no-huddle first.
