I think they've got to go big name 3rd party for this to do well at all and/or have DLC themed around popular titles like Final Fantasy, GTA, Saints Row, etc if they aren't included in the box.

Poking around, forgot Smash Brothers sold so well, by comparison nothing ever released for the PS3 has sold as many (over 10m) units aside from the last 2 Call of Duty games.
