Re: Madden NFL 13 Videos - ESPN Mark Schlereth Talks Presentation and Gameplay
Not to put you on the spot but why isn't it then? Meaning has anyone from CD or Game Changers talked to the devs or the dev ( Donny Moore) about it for Madden 13?
If not can you please when you go back?Comment

Yeah and I think they are using some stuff from nfl films for audio sound effects this year anyway, that's what the following statement from the audio playbook description suggests.

"Madden NFL 13 delivers a superb audio experience that faithfully replicates NFL Sundays with a new commentary team and the implementation of innovative technology along with unique resources provided by NFL Films."Comment

Also, while I am thinking about can one of you CD attendees or Game Changer answer or find out why there is no EA locker for Madden, like there is for NCAA?
I would really love if when slider gurus, roster adjusters, equipment correctors, ratings editors, etc, in the community personally tune this things, they had an easy way like that EA Locker to share with the community.Comment

It wouldn't be the first time. I think it was Madden 07 that had that air raid sound on deep thrown passes. When it was initially shown in video on Gametrailers everyone throught the GT guys added it to the game for effect, turned out it was actually in the game.HBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

I'm glad you bought this up BFD.. They also need to ask about Franchise sharing too.. This would make it alot easier on me and my friends who play offline together.Comment

Jarrod I know exactly what you are talking about. Back in Madden 07 for the 360, they had Live Opponent which allowed you to invite anyone to control your CPU opponent in an offline franchise.
Me and two friends would use the the 360 data transfer kit to send the franchise file to each other thorough email, by loading it back and forth between our computers and 360's. That was our "poor man's" online franchise and sadly, more complete than the actual online franchise offered in Madden today.
Anyway, yeah an EA Locker for transferring a variety of Madden files among the community is long overdue.Comment

Wasn't trying to respond to anyone but seen ur comment when skimming to get to the bottom of the page to leave my comment - They fixed that in 12.
The new graphics package for the swipes and layovers look great, as well as the 3D menu screen but what I really like is how much more the players turn to locate the ball. Watching the part of the vid where they had the Madden cam shots got me smiling a bit regarding those head turns. It made a nice difference in my mind seeing that. Kudos.Just cuz you pour syrup on ish....Comment
