OK how can you change OFF/DEF schemes of other teams in franchise like PATS use multi D/4-3 now, colts going to 3-4 ect, andhow do u keep teams from grabbing ll the 90+ guys in FA.....unless u control all 32? that kinda blows when it comes to the draft or free agent signings?? any suggestions
