self-inflicted frustration
Just had one of my best all around games of the season in my Franchise. Won 7-1 and hit 4 HRs and struckout 11 batters. Of course I exit the Franchise screen without saving. GGGRRRRR...

Re: self-inflicted frustration
I did that once, I think it was two years ago.
After punching the nearest thing to me (fortunately it was my soft *** chair), I immediately went back in and simmed the game; forcing the outcome to be as similar to the actual game I stupidly didn't save.
I don't sim any more, except for this circumstance or post game freezes.
Anyway, just letting you know you're not alone. *bro hug* -
I blew out the Phillies 8-2 or something like that, and it froze on the screen exiting the same. I replayed it again, and fortunately, I did just as well, however the thing that stung the most was that in the original game that froze, I continued Espinosa's homerun streak to 5 straight games, but I couldn't do it again.Mariners - Cubs: 2012 World Series

Re: self-inflicted frustration
I had to turn auto-save off because anytime I save my franchise mid-game, it reverts my profile back to the default settings when I resume the game. So now if I have to quit in the middle of a game, I just start the game over.Last edited by blakjak; 05-15-2012, 11:46 AM.Comment

Re: self-inflicted frustration
I have done a simular thing once in this franchise. I often save mid game and about 20 games in i was in the 7th inning of a good game when i for some strange reason hit exit instead of save and then proceeded to turn the game off and think OMG what did i just do! lolComment
