The first thing I thought about when I heard the new "network" them for EA broadcast was theme building on that idea to make various games feel different and as if they are on different networks. We all know MNF has it's own recognizable theme, as well as CBS, FOX, NFLN, NBC, ABC/ESPN, so I want to hear different "scores" to differentiate games, going forward.

I am kind of surprised that with EA having the exclusive NFL and ESPN license, that could add the MNF theme for those games. Not the whole "Are you ready for some football" thing, just the score. Then create their own unique scores for other games but maybe they did this year or a planning to going forward.

For real, I only listened to like....3 songs each year.

I did always like the remixes to NFL Films songs used last gen.

i want real stadium music. i know a couple use guns n roses. that would be sweet to have in the game. maybe they're saving all the money from ea trax and putting it towards more licensed stadium music. the sticky music thread would seem to suggest just that.

I miss the original tracks that EA used to commission for each game like the intro song Ludacris did like a decade ago.

I always thought EA was just promoting a lot of bands that really needed promoting. In other words forcing crap music into our ears. The music in Madden 12 was so strange and did not make sense at all. Old school mellow hip hop songs? Really EA? The game became so much better once I muted the music from being played outside of games.
I like the direction EA is going with 13.

I liked EA Trax. Back in '09 (I think) I was introduced to two new bands I never heard before with some cool songs from the NASCAR Thunder series. Whatever they do, I hope it's not like NCAA where it's the same instrumental over and over again.

If you're just going through your Dynasty, reading stats, recruiting, enjoying it, sooner or later you want to scissor kick someone from EA who thought that was a good idea.

Side note, I want to scissor kick whoever gave the linebackers Air Jordons to wear. The new trajectory should fix that though.
