Look man...I played football in college last year...4orget casual nonsense. Lately EA has been making the game of football seem real corny. I'm pullin for them but not 1 fan has been blown away by your football games lately. It's not a good look when the majority of the comments are negative.

<--- Has realized that I seem to be the only fan upset about seeing his favorite team's legend being in a rival's uniform, lol.#WashedGamerComment

I will not be playing this mode if I get the game. I wish they would spend their time which is limited improving other things.
This mode COULD have been great if they would have added the entire teams from when these guys played. Even if they only did player numbers. At least then I could play Tebow vs Ward and it actually be the teams that surrounded them when they were in action.Curently Playing:On PS3- Old PS1 RPGs (Xenogears, FF 7 and 9, FF Tactics)On PC: PUBG And Heroes of the StormI occasionally stream on twitch at twitch.tv/tcfclemsonComment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Heisman Challenge Trailer and New Screenshots
I'm going to act out of character for just a moment. Normally I'm hard on EA around this time of year, well I actually start in November/December, but I have to say this.
Do you guys really think this 'wasted' time during this development cycle? In the words of my 4 year old daughter, "Really? Are you kidding me?!" (don't know where she gets that from lol). I'm pretty sure they had a small group come up with this new game mode, which technically would only be the off the field stuff -- where was time wasted? The gameplay group was probably still goin' in.
I don't get how y'all can be mad at that -- I really can't. I'm hoping this mode replaces the mascot game mode -- I'd play the Heisman mode before that one.#WashedGamerComment

Re: NCAA Football 13 Heisman Challenge Trailer and New Screenshots
What a pathetic useless modeโฆ EA is just pitiful when It comes to these modes etc. Not only do they not have retro facemask to add some kind of authentic feel, what kind of authenticity does the players have that separates them from any other created player? Signature moves, running & throwing animations specific to the player. On top of that this game looks horrible in motion. Just ugly to watchโฆIโm sure the 10 year olds whose never seen these players before want care much though.PSN: Somo23P

Did they really put Desmond Howard in a #BeatOhio jersey AND a #NotreLame jersey?
That honestly just ruined my night. That was awful to look at.
Not a mode I'd play but somebody may like it -- just never put another Michigan player in a rival's jersey -- man... that really go to me, smh...Comment

It's basically the same concept. The point of NBA's Greatest mode was to play as some of the greatest players in NBA history. The point of this mode is to play as some of the greatest players in NCAA history.
You argue that the players in NBA's Greatest mode weren't all maxed out. That's because relative to other NBA players, they aren't far superior (with a couple exceptions such as MJ obviously). A guy like Scottie Pippen probably isn't better than today's LeBron James. Therefore, his ratings aren't superior to LeBron's. Meanwhile in this mode, you have someone like Barry Sanders, who is the most elusive running back in NFL history. Compare that to guys that high-rated RBs in COLLEGE and the difference is gigantic. Not to mention the fact that you have a lot of people that complain that Michael Jordan is marginally better than LeBron and that "if LeBron is a 98, MJ should be like a 120 overall". NCAA actually does this, and now they get lambasted for it.
NCAA flat out doesn't have player tendencies, and tendencies just don't really work in football games the way it works in basketball. In basketball, there's more free-lancing/options. In football, you call a play and stick to that exact play (with the exception of some guys/some routes where guys can break off). You're not going to see a "Call for jump ball pass" tendency for a WR like you'll see a "Post up tendency" for Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. That idea doesn't really make sense for football games.
You argue that NBA did it right by having all the retro teams and stuff that you played with. I don't know if you noticed, but there were TONS of complaints about the fact that 2K didn't allow you to take the legends and put them on other teams/didn't allow you to take a legend into My Player mode. NCAA decided to focus on putting the legends in today's game. They just decided to appease the same people that clamored for this option in 2K's mode. Both 2K and NCAA missed out on a big opportunity in that way.Comment

I feel that the Heisman challenge is a feeble attempt to grab casual gamers with a few extremely biased Heisman winner selections and a bullet time re-introduction that doesn't really serve a needed purpose.Comment
