Crowd just booed Baylor for not going for it on 4th & 1 on my 45.



and I took a time out to preserve clock and Baylor decided to go for it. Crowd erupts when the offense is shown on the field!

not to be captain obvious, but unless im proven wrong, you guys do know that most likely the game difficulty is set to varsity. you guys do also realise that varsity is the only difficulty setting that actual works from a realistic standpoint. however realistic the game can get. and you do also understand that majority will never ever be playing this game on the varsity level.

i just hope the ppl who get the game dont cry later about this and that when you are not playing on the varsity...It has been shown time and time again to be the only level that can be consider as realistic.

if i can offer anyone who plays real sim offline and wishes to also enjoy their purchase, play on varisty (heisman recruting) and create you some or look for some sliders for challenge around that level, and you shall get the best experience the game has to offer whatever that experience may be. however most ppl wont and there will be 1000 threads about how the game is the same ol same ol. me im going with the other league this yr, but even still ill be on the equivalent of varsity.

i know noone asked for it but I just thought id share my $.03, tho very few will take it..

Yes...no more offensive lineman easily cutting angles off when you get an interception. 104 yard interception return. You'll see them try to run up field more to cut him off instead off gain this 85 overall speed out of no where.

Haven't seen any new ones yet. Kinda bummed. I still can't believe the 2bar QB RevSpeed and DNA facemasks aren't in. Now Matt Barkley, Landry Jones, Braxton Miller, Denard Robinson, Logan Thomas, Tahj Boyd, Gino Smith, Tyler Bray, Collin Klein, Matt McGloin, and over half the QB's and WR's in the game won't have the right facemask. It's cool EA, they've only been out for over 3 years!!!

motion blur after the play looks like the game is lagging or glitchy....not very well done..this thing seals the deal def a no-go no new equipment or facemasks that i seen so far,,,not too much different from ncaa 12 id buy it for 20 bucks tops...espn ticker looks good commentary is same ol same ol

After playing a few more games:

I've yet to throw an errant pass. Passing is a tad bit easy. To be expected on what I assume is Varsity.

Cpu offenses are as ineffective as ever. Couple of plays here and there but, not enough to sustain a drive. I've called nothing exotic on defense and have only been scored on in 1 out of 5 games.

Will have to lower kickoff strength. Everything is 5 yds into the endzone.

Jukes, spins, stiff arms need to be more effective. Cpu needs to use them. Only cpu player to juke or spin on me was DeAnthony Thomas on a kick return.

On updates most QB's are in the 50 percentile. Hopefully the stat engine isn't jacked up.

Passing is nice especially being able to throw deep over the shoulder passes out in front of the receiver.

Manual catching is fun. Definitely triggers more animations than not.

QB avoid is nice. I like side stepping or stepping up in the pocket to avoid rush. Actually works.

DT's are still overpowered. I think Warren Sapp, Reggie White, and Ndamukong Suh are on USC's d-line.

Cpu QB's take too many sacks. I had 9 vs Oregon. A couple were because the QB tried to run. Most were because he simply wouldn't get rid of the ball.

Reaction time by defenses on option plays is still too fast.

CPU has to put up a better fight. Hopefully they will on harder difficulty.

I kinda felt the same way as you did about the demo for the CPU.

I mean it's cool and all that the Human player can do things but i'm starting to get really tired of the lack of attention to detail that is given to the CPU players on the field.

Why can't we for once have a CPU team or players that gives us a feeling they are not just going through the motions on the field?

Maybe i'm simply to a point where i'm just expecting way too much out of the AI and it's simply not going to happen until the new consoles era arrive.

go to games. then go to game market place. then go to the category titles games. then go to titles a-z. go to "N". Then toggle through the games and you'll eventually see ncaa 13. when its done downloading go to home and then quickplay and you'll see that you can play it.

I only had time to play about a quarter before I go to work, but my last 3 plays or so I noticed the quarterback was lining up more on the left leg of the center. That just a fluke for me or anyone else have that?

Not a gamebreaker, but still kinda weird.
