How many of you will play as players?

I'm curious to see how many people here actually plan to play as a player in Connected Careers Mode.

Im more of control the whole team kind of guy ...... but I might try it but for the most part I will control 1 team

I like to do both...I love taking a lower class team like the rams and making them into a power house like they were before with Kurt and co....I also like just making my player up as a MLB and seeing if I can be the next Ray Lewis and I believe this year will be a lot more fun doing whatever you wanna do with how everything is set up.

So while you're trying to become the next Ray Lewis, the AI might release your star QB and you'd be either f*****d or forced to switch to coach mode.

Not saying this would happen (hoping this doesn't happen)... Just posting a very possible scenario.

I'll definitely give this a shot I mean why not? With the big changes to career mode I gotta try everything and make my own opinions when the game comes out.

But IRL Ray Lewis wouldn't control if his star QB got traded/releases, so you shouldn't have that when you select to role play as a single player. I think this is very realistic and kinda the charm of the mode.

If you want conplete control just play as a coach.

I'm serious about this...

I've yet to be able to be a kicker in superstar mode, and that is disappointing. I was, in fact, a solid kicker and still love the position. It's challenging and requires nerves of steel. If anyone hears about being able to be a kicker in superstar mode finally, I'd appreciate a heads up on it.

I doubt ill play as a player... since u cant have 2 user profiles . So basically u can only play one mode.

this is where they dropped the ball. I lliked having 2 saves.. one for Superstar mode and another for Franchise mode. kinda sucky. lol

I was glad when superstar added the ability to be real rookies... I like the ability to be anybody even more now.

I can be Danny Woodhead now if I want.

I just hope it doesn't have the same problem as super star, where if you take over the player, you are suddenly a starter. Just because I am Ryan Mallett, I shouldn't take Tom Brady's job.

That is where a lot of the depth for super star was lacking. All of the off-the-field stuff. Practice, interviews, your house, etc.

NFL Head Coach 09 had you on the sideline as the head coach where you could talk to your players on the bench. It would be nice if you stand on the side lines in Super Star when you were not on the field and watch the game. If you want to be Aaron Rodger or Ryan Mallett you would have to wait to get your chance.

Where did you read you can't have 2 saves?

You can play in multiple Online Connected Careers so I believe you can also have multiple saves?

Josh already conformed you won't automatically start this season!
