The trailer looks awesome! But guys, this happens every year without fail. We all get worked up and excited and then comes the let down in the fall.


I'm really trying to not get too excited about fifa 13, because I see the same cycle repeating itself on these (and other forums) every year.

Many of the additions and changes for Fifa 13 sound great... on paper.

First of all let me say I am a big FIFA fan, and look forward to the game every year.

Every year we get excited about new additions and improvements in EA Sports games.

Then, days after release we are all left scratching our heads over the freezing issues, bugs, poorly functioning/broken new features, and general unplayability of the game.

I bought FIFA 12 in February of this year, 4 months after the release and several patches later, and I will buy FIFA 13 in February of next year, also after it has been "finished." I still get a new game every 12 months, but without some of the issues.

Let's hope I see mostly positive feedback (and only minor bugs, which are understandable) on this forum come this October, so I can buy this game on release week.

Again, the trailer blows me away! But how will it play come September?

That being said, I'm looking forward to February 2013, lol.
