Is it just me or does the Reggie Bush style animation never go into effect when diving for the end zone?

I saw it for the VERY first time the other day (and this is assuming you mean jumping over the pile and not the celebration-esque dive). Unfortunately it was with my QB, and there was nobody within tackling distance to jump over.

I never get it even in the corner off the end zone.

Over the corner you just have to time right as he makes his last step before scoring, and over the pile is tough. Ive done it and made it look right back in 2010 or so, but recently its hard. And btw, over the pile isnt Reggie Bush... Its Bo Jackson!

Is this thread asking about the celebratory dives, pylon dives, or goal line dives? I've only ever seen the latter.

On this subject... I've never felt like diving was right in Madden or NCAA. Its always this awkward, stiff as a board, looking lunge. It should be contextual, at least. Madden has these silly flips, spins, spread eagle dives for the endzone. But I can never extend the ball for the first down, or pylon.

i just got beat by baylor on a hail mary that i batted up in the air sideways ...followed by wr #16 T. Reece diving in the air layed out, caught the ball and crossed the goaline in mid air landing in the end zone with no time left---I LOSE...but....----it was AWESOME!!! never seen anything like that in a video game
