Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

I've always just used my one team but I'm sure this poll will not have the right numbers for it...I know A LOT of people that use all 32 teams that do not get on this site but trust me there are A LOT of them out there and I do feel bad for them type of game players this year as it will not be in the game.Comment

Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

I voted no but I actually did plan on controlling all 32 teams this year to an extent. I was anticipating franchise being pretty much the same and had planned on controlling them all with cutdowns, FA, and probably the draft.

With that said though, I'm not at all devastated by it not being in the game and CC has me very excited for this year. I'm still going to pay very close attention to how teams react but I have faith it will be better than last year.Comment

I feel as though the numbers for controlling all 32 will be extremely inflated as OS is a community that isn't exactly mainstream. We as a whole value deeper features of games like 32 team control more than the average consumer does.I've always just used my one team but I'm sure this poll will not have the right numbers for it...I know A LOT of people that use all 32 teams that do not get on this site but trust me there are A LOT of them out there and I do feel bad for them type of game players this year as it will not be in the game.

Out of all the people I know that play Madden (I'm in college so that is a large number) I know one person who has even made use of the feature.

Having said that I would love to see the feature come back.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1tRd...layer_embedded

Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

Not all 32, but more than one most of the time. I'll give an example of my most recent usage of the feature, I'm a pats fan and after the SB I was so distraught that I didn't even want to look at either the pats or giants so in my franchise I took control of both teams and moved them to give them completely different names and looks. I know it's silly but it made me happier to not have deal with either team.

It was actually pretty cool though because I turned the pats into a local town team that my grandfather played on when he was young and turned the giants into the new jersey devils because they play in jersey anyway and lets face it they are devilsComment

Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

in every game i control as many teams as im allowed. from madden to nba2k and everything in between.

mostly i have what i would call commissioner powers and set the cpu to handle majority of things on their own and i just directly control 1 team and keep a care watch on the cpu controlled teams to make sure they are not doing things that could undermine the integrity of my franchise long-term.

but in order to do this you must select the option to control all the teams from the very beginning of your Chise.Through Holy Union God Lives Inside For Everyone

Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

I don't control all 32 teams but me and my friends like to play in offline franchise mode together on the same console so we usually all pick our own teams to play as. I'm suprised more people don't do this, I thought this was what everybody did with their friends in multiplayer offline franchise.Comment

I agree this is probably true. But my brother is into 32 control and keeping CPU moves extremely close to real life. And he doesn't check boards. I think there is a decent amount of people that aren't into Internet forums and that community but are really into madden.I feel as though the numbers for controlling all 32 will be extremely inflated as OS is a community that isn't exactly mainstream. We as a whole value deeper features of games like 32 team control more than the average consumer does.

Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

Yeah it is.. I know alot of people who don't jump on these sites who strictly play offline and control all the teams so there franchise can run smoothly without any dumb AI moves.. But like I said on another thread it isn't all about controlling 32 teams.. It's also the fact that you can't play an offline franchise with family and friends on the same console which is a huge blow for some of us..I've always just used my one team but I'm sure this poll will not have the right numbers for it...I know A LOT of people that use all 32 teams that do not get on this site but trust me there are A LOT of them out there and I do feel bad for them type of game players this year as it will not be in the game.Comment

Re: How many people use all 32 teams?

I gotta say, it never really occurred me to control all 32 teams until I simmed a Madden 12 Franchise that replicated the exact 2011 Regular Season. Then I thought how cool would it be to play out my own storylines, play out my own NFL Season and I was going to do this on Madden 13.

Though now it looks as if I can't do that anymore unless there is still that section that says League Schedule and allows you to play any game despite not having full 32 team control. Even though it will suck not having control of all 32 teams for the off-season, if I can still play any game besides my own then I'm going to be able to make my own storylines.Comment
