So if I take the Vikings, I can create Leslie Frazier and if I don't win games, I have to create another coach to take his place?

That isn't terrible I suppose, but I liked being able to build a staff from real life coaches. Loved being able to hire a HC, OC, DC, and ST.

What's the deal on cutting players and signing free agents? Am I still free to do that?
